    Need some help finding or tips on scratch building a single aircraft WWII hangar for a 1/72 corsair. i found a 1/700 and a 1/87 hangar would any of these work? i have been trying to do some research but can't seem to find usable scales on other scales. any thing helps thanks.

    another update! added mud to the mutt. looked up some videos and went with the most easiest way. baking soda and paint. the paint i used was the same i used for the muddy water. "Americana Raw Sienna" its an acrylic paint. there cheap paints, buy them at michaels for a dollar or so. enjoy, tips...

    the wooden base was sealed. a fellow modeler that made the base for me was confused on why it did this as well. i can try the thinner layers to see if that method works. thanks for the info. what would be a equal or better alternative? thanks

    First time using sculptamold, and first time doing a diorama. i was using a wood base, with styrofoam as a was to form what my diorama was going to be like. added the sculptamold, and designed the diorama. after letting it sit and dry, the wood base warped pretty bad and lifted the sculptamold...
