Pit Road G.W.H. Vulcan B2 XH535 Early White Scheme

I have weighted the nose with Milliput which should be safe around the plastic poles this kit has to fit the halves. A quick test was done to check the balance point with the top, tail and bombay fitted. It seemed ok so lets hope she is not a tail sitter ! This kit is screaming for...

Pit Road G.W.H. Vulcan B2 XH535 Early White Scheme

Well I am now fitting the engine tunnels. Its designs like this in kits that interest me. this would easily allow them to offer b1, b1a, b2 200/300 series engine tunnels and exhaust types. Man I hope they do. I must buy their K2 kit. I have never made a K2 yet. I find them interesting but it is...

Morning Folks Well work is about to resume. Whilst having the morning coffee I was doing some further research on this bird XH535 I wondered why there are so few pictures and it seems she has a dark past and short life which give me the shivers a little as I there is some superstition in me...

Very nice job that. I would love to see it on a dio plint photographed against a real background as I think it would be hard to tell that it is a model. :D

    Snow.

Its great we have the choice of different materials. The thing with Precision Ice and Snow is not the product so much as modellers have a habbit of being too careful with things and Precision Ice and Snow is best used in a care free manner as it basically is best to work as it wants too much...

    Snow.

Really clearly you have used Precision Ice and Snow or know how it is used. I was very lucky to be the first person to review it. Its a very new product having been only on the market since June. It is fine for larger scales as well as small. In fact I think it was developed with 1/35 in mind...

    My (Lazarus) Sturmtiger build....

Me too I was hoping to start a new kit tonight but with the cold I have gumming my eyes up I would be worried I might screw up my model. Sometimes the wait is worth it however. No point rushing a kit when you can have fun fettling every part. 8)

    1/72 Horton Go 229

Fanastic I love this aircraft and still need to build mine. I am just undecided on how to finish her. I would like to do a few whiffs of this aircraft. After seeing this build I guess it wouldn't hurt to build a few more. She looks a peach.
