Finished up the Sulaco and mounted it on a custom base . I simply laminated a piece of mdf with a sheet of styrene , gave it a quick blast of cheap grey primer and completed it with a small brass nameplate I had made when I originally built the model .

Looks fantastic ! Like Grendel says , you don't really "need" paint to get good results from Gundam models , as that's how they're designed . Gundam modellers are like a "sub-species" of our breed , with ways and habits unlike our ! ;)
