I got to sling a little more plastic on the body. I need to work out some of the upper hull shape but that's the fun part when you have no instructions to follow.

Starting to build up the layers and skinning out the body.

I cut a piece of aluminum for the base of the body. I plan on skinning the body out in evergreen and build up levels and layers. Lots of grebbles from the spares box and I need to find some cockpit parts for the turret as I don't have a lot of aircraft parts.

Thanks for the kind words gents. Philbouq I'm just a novice at this you should checkout the great work that The Nylon Gag has done. I've started on the bottom turrret and I like the shape. I think it will look pretty good hanging under the ship with a gunner seated at a large glass port.

Hey I finally got to get back to this one. I have started to weather it a bit and need to come up a good base.

I like the looks of C, D, and E,and as for cgi I do a lot of my layouts and planning on my cadcam system.

Just one thing to remember, keep the 50 cal ammo cans OD green on the outside of the turret. These cans were not on the turret when it was repainted. Combat ammo loads would be one of the last things loaded. Aside from that it's looking real good. :)

Put some paint on over the last few days. The color is Model Air hemp. I have a friend who makes decals and I'll have him make up a sheet with the name in hebrew Steel Falcon. After that it's on to weathering.

Finished detailing the hull and gave it a shot of primer. I still have to do a little filling and sanding but I think it's coming along nicely.

I've been working on the underbelly and hover units. Since I'm using the turret from the kit I'm going to try to use as much of the kit as i can. Your comments and observation are always welcome

I got to do l little more work on the wee beasty and it seems to be coming together. I tried to mount the hover unit a little farther under the body but it looked as if it was getting too tall. I made up a new barrel for it what do you think?

I started to build the new Academy Magach 6B and decided to see if I could really do something different with the turret,so I have started to scratchbuild a body and kitbash some lifter units from a type 74 hover truck

I got to dirty her up a bit, just a little detail painting and a little more pigment and I think we'll call it done.
