    wash it with warm, soapy water and prime with regular primer. Also, sanding the surface slightly to make it rough will improve paint adhesion if it refuses to stick. HTH

    also, you don't need to build a perfectly painted model,but take it in steps, i.e work on assembly rocess, buy whatever you need, then do the paint, maybe do another modle or two repeating, and use the first model(probably going to be the worst out of them, and practise weathering on it. etc. hth ;D

    Nn 1/35 scale, just get a very fine brush and thinned paint, and just take your time, and use a magnifying glass.Make sure the brush is sable and good quality too, then it will keep a nice point, good luck.

    nice ank, definitely needs the wheels and tracks painted but a very nice upper hull... are you sure it's your first kit... because compared to my model is like comparig a ford ka to a bentley. ;)
