Thak you for the kind words and encouragement, quite the journey it's been. I don't know where the trees came from, my friend just gave me a box of stuff with this to work with. Somethings in the box work, some don't, like O scale telephone poles.

How well did the decals set down over the raised details?

I originally painted the roundels, but the red was so far off from the other decals, I decided to put the decals on over the roundels.
