1/24 Testors Ultra Detail T Bucket

Thanks for the "Likes" fellas. I also didn't like the rather predominant seam going right down the middle of the oil pan as well as the top and bottom of the transmission, so I glued the engine halves together instead of using the screw supplied in the kit to join the halves. Then I busted out...

    Aftermarket detailing questions.

Looks dang near perfect on those straps Cal. Sometimes, good 'ol fashioned dirt works out great. I also have been known to use ground up brown pastels too.

1/24 Testors Ultra Detail T Bucket

Alright gang. We start...... Those of you who know me, know that I can't leave well enough alone.....even for a pre-painted kit. For starters, I had to do something with the wheel and tire arrangement on this. This is not to say that the ones that came in the kit were all that bad...

1/24 Testors Ultra Detail T Bucket

I'm still working on a Ta-152 and am taking my sweet time with it to make sure that it turns out just the way I want it as well as not to rush something that I've spent the last 11 months building. In order to keep the urge to rush to the finish line down, I'm going to start a side build just to...

    AMT 1970 Corvette LT-1-Completed

Okeedokee folks. We're calling this one......done!! When I started this project, I knew that this kit was a somewhat problematic build as far as getting the stance right. I spent a good amount of time in the planning phases, building up a complete unpainted model of it to help with the...

    AMT 1970 Corvette LT-1-Completed

Down to the short list now folks and thank you for all of the "likes" and comments so far. 1. Paint bottom of hood 2. Chrome front and rear bumpers and detail out the front one. 3. Paint all side marker lenses 4. Install the outside rearview mirror 5. Detail and install all emblems and...

    Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-14 (Zoukei-Mura 1:32)

WOW!! ZM doesn't leave a thing out of their kits do they? I'll be bookmarking this one now that I've found it Edbert. Beautiful looking crate dude. I just hope they'll release a 1/48 version of this at some point. I'll be all over that like a Rat on a Cheeto!!

What was your car growing up (high school car)

This reminds me of my neighbors friend who had a competition edition of a Suzuki RM125 when we were younger. That thing was a beast!!! Cool bike man!

    P-51 Funny Car

I too thought it was going to be a drag car decked out with camo and "Invasion Stripes" but it's all good as I got in here and saw this super build of a Muldowney car. Good work on this Rob.

What was your car growing up (high school car)

My first ride was a 1966 Barracuda with 318 V-8 with a 2 barrel carburetor. These pics were taken in 1985 with an old Kodak Disk camera and although grainy, here's pictures of my very first car. I've given thought a time or two getting the ol' girl back from the current owner as I know right...

What was your car growing up (high school car)

I think the vast majority of us may have fallen for the "girls" trap Mark. lol I used to build hot rods all the time when I was younger and then.....I got married. All of that pretty much ended for a while. I've had a few cool cars since but nothing like the ones I had when I was single. lol
