Usual loose rules, any racing car with 4 or more wheels. So F1, rally, indy, touring, you get the idea. It can be any manufacturer or even your own design.

The Stratos is a cool thing to build, there were street versions painted typical red/blue/black/etc. but your model is a racing version.

Those stickers represent the most iconic of them all but there are other liveries that might be easier.
