Tried some Tamiya flat, much better. The thing with tamiya clear is that it can leave white dots in the coat. Two small dots now but I managed to scrape them away.

Vallejo, sealed it with Vallejo matt varnish but it did not get so matt that I wanted/usally do. Shaked the bottle well but think the air brush flow medium made it a bit shiny. Will try another coat when this is totally cured (if needed).

Not sure what I did wrong.. need to experiment more, learn how to use them. Pressure...

Yes removed it, did not fit the overall look. Quite happy with the color modulation on the ship. Now clean the bench and start next project

Yes, over sprayed, atleast 50% isoprop in the paint. No brush except the copper color at the engines

Building this Aoshima kit. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/aoshima-004326-gigant-fortress-in-sky--533435 This is the second attempt of painting, ruined the first painting with Vallejo air brush metal colors.. the layers became too thick. Isoproped it and switched to Tamiya colors. Flat red...

    Tamiya Zero 1:48

Thanks, those ”cheap” Tamiya kits are great. Corsair, Zero, Focke W. The A10 warthog is alright but the bombs and missiles need a lot of work.
