What's new in your stash?
« on: Fri Dec, 23, 2011, 04:44:AM »
Hey guys I thought it would be fun to start a thread on what's new in your stash.
Just grab a photo of that new kit you just bought and added to the stash to be built..... sometime before the next millennium?

I'll start with some stuff I got from Sprue Brothers last week:

And this one I nabbed it on Ebay:

I've been wanting this kit forever but when I saw it on Ebay with the PE sets included, well I just couldn't resist!

And this I picked up at the LHS this past weekend:

So that's it for now.
I have some stuff waiting for me to pick up at the UPS Store tomorrow.
So...what have you added to your stash lately?

Alright Black Sheep 1 Here you go!

The first two I got for pretty cheap, it was a close out sale.

The dragon kits were also a close out.  I paid $20 each for the two tanks, and I think the figure set was $8 and was not on sale.

About the only good thing about turning 41 last month was the $100 check I get from mom every year ;)  Here's how I spent it...

Gonna redo the outer hull to make it pop out  abit more-- so I ordered some Archer raised details...and found this SU-122 to boot!

A Galland inspired build to come:

Something for my Pacific Sherman to cozy up next to:

And lastly I received my Inside the Armour prize package from the Spring contest-- thanks again Chris!

The group I usually do Secret Santa with didn't do it this year...so no modeling stuff for me for Christmas :(

Hey Grendels is that X-Wing in 1/48 or the 1/72 scale?

Some nice acquisitions, folks.
Me, I'll have to see what's under the tree Sunday

Yeah, I don't have a tree (bah-humbug and all that) :D.
Not really, it's just that I live in a small apartment and any free space in there is taken up by my ever growing stash!
On my way to work today I picked up a box from Wingnut Wings (I wonder what's in there?  ;) ) and a box from Sprue Brothers.
And I still have a few more boxes on the way but saddly they will not be here in time for Christmas :(.

Blacksheep1:   That falcon is the most expensive one!   Good start.  I got the 1/48th off of evilbay for pretty cheap, under $45 with shipping.

Solander:  I am so looking forward to your build up of this one.   I have seen that kit, and almost purchased it.

I knew those were good prices when I bought them.  One day I will build up a tank or two.   Now off to find the magic time maker so I can build everything I want!
