SMA Version 4 Feature Request

i just tested it on my forum and it seems ok, you can test it at www.ibf2.net do a search and you get the same results. i just searched for bob and noting on the page changed. so it would seem to be fixed,

i might also add upgrading was not easy you will need to upgrade to previous versions so you wont loose any posts.

It would be nice to be able to use the "<previous next>" links to navigate through the unread posts. As it is it only works within the category. If I open a post in aircraft from the unread list and then click "next>" I will get the next post in aircraft not the next post in the unread list.

Might not be possible because you would probably have to cache the entire query result for each user session because everyones unread result would all be different. Could be resource intensive.

Hi guys. Just a quick update on this thread. SMAv4 is well underway. I've been working on it for about a week now and I'm happy to report that most of the requests on this thread are being addressed, and some features that aren't on this thread are also being added.

We will be staying with the same forum software, but making an upgrade. There are some slick new features and finally SMA will be completely integrated into one login.

I'll save all the details until I'm finished. At that time I'll make a video showing everyone the new features and how to use them. I hope to be finished by the new year.

Until then, thanks for making SMA a part of your day. LOL, that rhymes...and is rather cheesy.
