Yeah, I realized what I did wrong with the wheels after it was too late. I was following the instrutions pretty much to the letter. They have the builder place the transaxle parts before placing the uprights, I did that but didnt have the axles properly alligned, because of that, they interfered with the placement of the wheels. With the LAV-III, Ill simply use tape to temporaritly hold the transaxles in place til the uprights are placed. Once everything is lined up, Ill use some Tamiya Superthin to secure the transaxles to the chassis.

The LAV III also features an overall color, so Ill be able to experiment better with the filters. I need to get some winged things built first for ARC Canadian Wings GB and a few contest special themes. Cheers all.

im new her but wanted to offer my help with any lav-at info i can. i just posted a few hundred pics of at's from my time in. i was a vehicle commander with 3rd Light Armored Infantry Battalion.

i will gladly answer any questions anyone has to help build a more historically accurate lav model. i have had a hard time finding much info on these awesome vehicles.

Just an update guys...

Picked up a Best Military award at a model contest with this kit today! Pretty happy with that.
