Cheers John it's been along time since I've done anything with it. It's nice to get on with it now, just struggling to get on the starting blocks with it. Having to jig myself up! Once again thanks buddy.... Peza😜

Well folks its that time again for another update, so from my last post ya could see that I had all of one side to finish off....not any more! I've been chipping away at it.Not doing a lot when I get the chance, but still doin a bit here couple of weeks and doin some more there.
I started off with the docking ring just because it was the easiest,

and after abit of time got it all done same as before.

after that I made a start on the back quarter detail, just because it looked that there was more to it and I wanted to get the harder bit done first.i broke that back quarter into 2 separate parts but first I had to make the half cylinder detail by the docking ring using some old plumbers pipe I had in my greeblie draw and some off cuts of styrene.

please note that it is upside down.
next to that I think its a tank skirt that ILM used but not for me.

so I kept on the bit using some plastic lolly sticks, plumbing tube and more bits of evergreen tube for the circular pieces and an old gun barrel mount off a 1;72 tiger I think(the green bit) it started to really come together.

so all I had to finish on that quarter was what I could call 2 bull bars of a vehicle? shown on the far right hand side and they were made with 1mm evergreen tube cut to fit in each gap and 1mm strip of styrene cut of a sheet and the same cut to slot into each part.

I did have a skirting issue but managed to sort it out at the end.

Next up was the front quarter, which same agin I split into 2 separate builds, firstly I tackled the front bit which as a big lookin idler couldn't tell ya off which vehicle but made it and all the detail from styrene and wheel from a 1;72 panther tank that I got for the back decks.

then I moved into the back which looked like the same tank part'ish as the back of the back quarter.
this was made with just styrene and some .70 soldering wire.
..
and that was that but I really wanted to give it abit of primer love before I posted any pictures not just for show to see if the gaps/joins and bits looked neat and tidy,im pretty happy with the outcome.here are the glory shots as I built them....hope ya like.

and the centre page. ;)

well now ya as upto date as I am now. I think I'm gonna go for the engines next on 1 of the photos ya can make out I've had a little play about and started it but I don't know if I'm happy with the way I've put it together at the mo onlt time will tell... thanks for lookin in cheers peza ;D

and it was all finished off.
