A Pair Of Walkers....
« on: Tue Nov, 14, 2017, 07:28:PM »
Here is a Walker Diorama I recently completed...

The AT-AT is from a previous build...it's the old MPC/AMT/Ertl kit..put together pretty much O.O.B..I did add tubing for the guns.

The 2 legged walker is a scratchbuilt/kitbash of my design....I extended the head of an AT-AT almost an 1 1/2"....split the base/leg mount down the middle of the AT-ST kit then added 3/4" for a wider stance.....used legs parts from both...with a smattering of greeblies thrown in here and there for good measure.....

The idea behind the new walker was something larger and more heavily armored than the smaller AT-ST....I'm thinking of it more of a modified AT-AT....than a upgraded version of an AT-ST

I was a fun project....thanks for looking

Totally.

Design and build are both great, totally on point.

That small walker looks sharp

Wow!
This Looks really awesome - looking at the final Piece it is fun to investigate on how the 2-leeged came together.
Brilliant idea, excellently executed!
Hats off to you.
