Revell snap W900A modified
« on: Sun Feb, 26, 2017, 03:06:PM »
Hello all,

This the Revell snap kit with a few modifications in progress. I've cut off the Aerodyne sleeper and replaced it with a 36" bunk from the AMT W900.  Also, the frame was stretched 16" to match the wheelbase on my 1:1 KW.

Thanks for looking,

Matt

Nice trucks there. Makes me wish I could remember what style Mack my dad used to drive back in the day

Thanks for the compliments.

Belugawrx, I don't drive for a living, I'm an engineer at a specialty materials company.  My dad and grandfather were truck drivers and the Kenworth is the last truck my grandfather owned.

Best regards,

Matt

Nice!  I have a Revell kit (Historic) too, but it's not a snapper.  I'm guessing they made both?

Nice tribute of your 1:1!
