Very interesting. I'm basing my numbers on how the mpc cantina figures look beside it, they look too small by quite a bit.

For what it is worth, 1/72 figures are too small for the cutaway version's interior.

Even the smaller 1/76 to 1/80 ish micromachine figures can't properly fit the interior

I've always considered the MPC to be the closest to 1/72 and the fine molds being more like 1/80

Got too hot in the cave?

LOL - not too hot no. That gif man...and those eyes.

I might pick away at it over the summer but honestly I'd rather be working in the garden and on several building projects I have lined up for the summer. Need to build a shed and a couple other small outbuildings. Good times.

My chlorophyll addiction has been in full swing for a couple of months now, too.  Happy gardening and have a great summer!

Been really enjoying your channel Greg  - thanks man.

Summer is a big shift in focus for me. I have several outdoor projects, building projects, that need getting done, gardening - lots of it, and then cutting the lawn each and every day. Quite honestly I lose my interest in the bench but I know it will call me again once the summer is over.

I have no intention on working on anything but this Falcon so fear not, it will return.

Really appreciate you guys being interested.

Looking forward to the rest come Fall!

I'll leave you with this for now

This sketch is probably one of the reasons the MPC Falcon had such oversized side walls, plus it also helps explain the weird helmeted pilot figure

As I do your channel. Thanks. I might be able to finish my Revell Cylon Raider this weekend. I'm gonna do an artist oil wash on it now that the decals have been Futured.
